They are wonderful for awakening and easing my sore muscles that accumulated through the night. They are so relaxing but they make me want to go back to bed. But this is a highly effectivie way of dealing with fibromyalgia and hot tubs and massage seem to be similar in their effectivess in dealing with fibromyalgia.

Temporary Relief   04/16/08
Reviewed by:     Ohio, USA
I recently disovered the benefits of warm baths with epsom salts to relieve immediate pain. I'm able to take when needed because I am recently self employed & can no longer afford Provigil, which had been my life line. They provide immediate relief & with the pain numbed I can focus and this relieves stress & depression. They are not however convenient, nor do they last for very long. I fear the day when I can no longer stop everything & take a warm bath.

Baths (with Epsome Salts)   02/19/08

Use 4 cups of it in a particularly warm bath. I have read studies that show that any more of than this is a waste. Allow it to disolve and get in. Do this once per day along with 30min-1hour of vigourous exercise and you will be amazed at the difference after 2 weeks.
