It is difficult to rate this treatment using the selections offered as it was part of a Fibromyalgia Treatment Program/Clinic I went through that lasted several months. The program included Coping Skills classes, massage, stretching, relaxation therapy/biofeedback, reflexology, etc. The Chi Machine was used during some of the relaxation sessions, but I found it stressful. The therapist puts your ankles on this little machine which shakes so hard your whole body shakes. It is supposed to line up your Chi, or energy. In the meantime they are playing your choice of relaxing music and telling you to relax! Didn't work for me and I declined after trying it once or twice. Overall the rest of the program was great, but there were aspects I didn't care for, such as the Chi Machine.
