Malic Acid Preparation   04/09/08

I take a malic acid preparation by Solaray that includes not sure how much malic acid, 250 mg of St. Johns Wort, some (don't remember how much 5-HTP, magnesium, and calcium. It costs around $15 a bottle, and a bottle lasts for around a month. The stuff is a wonder drug. Around Christmas, the pain was so severe that I considered going to the Emergency Room. Then I happened into a natural foods store (natural rememdies are my preferred treatments) and found this. I took three times the dose the first time (I read the directions incorrectly) but got relief within an hour. I am out of the preparation today, have been since yesterday, which is why I am noticing my symptoms more and found this website. I am now going to go try to buy more of it.
