 This is the ONLY muscle relaxer that I have tried that relieves the burning sensation in my muscles. Flexaril didn't, zanaflex didn't. I do need to take it frequently when muscles burn for long periods of time but it DOES help to offer some relief

 I found this very helpful with the crampiness in my muscles. When these symptoms start to flare I take a couple of these at bedtime for a few days and I am back on track...no morning hangover!
